included partnership with the office of the Vice Chancellor to launch their Cleaning Program that would go a long way in making the university environment more environmentally friendly and tidy. They also intend to carry out Skills Acquisition Schemes to empower about 500 participants and equip them with the necessary survival skills. This scheme will attract soft loans which will be given to participants to enable them set up concepts that will make them financially independent and enhance their contribution to nation building. The Vice Chancellor, on behalf of the Management assured the group of the University’s maximum support.
Present at the occasion were the DVC Administration, Prof. Jacob Ehiorobo, the DVC Academic, Prof. E .P Iribhogbe, the Registrar, Mrs. O. A. Oshodin, representatives of the Bursar and the Librarian− Mr. Eichie and Mr. Luke Obasuyi− respectively. The Director of ICTU/CRPU Prof. Osaro Ekhaise was also present.
