Ahead of the resumption of academic activities at the University of Benin on Monday 24th October, 2022, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Lilian Salami, has inspected facilities at the Ekehuan Campus of the University.
The VC and her team were received by the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Ekehuan Campus, Professor B. A. Ayinde and other senior members of staff.
At the lecture theatres and hostels, fumigation was on-going while facilities requiring repairs were being attended to.
The Vice Chancellor was impressed with some of the work being done and also directed that areas that were less than satisfactory be immediately corrected.
Principal Officers on the Vice Chancellor’s entourage were the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic, Prof Ray Ozolua, immediate past Ag Deputy Vice Chancellor, Administration, Professor Maureen Ebomoyi and the Registrar, Mr Ademola Bobola.
