Management at its 4th Regular Meeting in the 11th Substantive Administration of the University held on Monday 3rd February, 2025, considered several proposals for the review of transcript processing in the University of Benin.
Management Decisions
Management approved the separation of the charges for academic transcript processing and courier/postage services cost.
Management approved the following as charges for processing of academic documents:
- Transcript (Local) – =N=25,000
- Transcript (International) – =N=35,000
- Document Verification – =N=5,000
- Language Instruction – =N=5,000
Management approved that academic transcripts should henceforth be signed by the Director, Deputy Registrar, Examinations and Students’ Records.
Management adopted only two (2) amendments but decided to refer the matter to Senate for further consideration.
