UNIBEN LAW FACULTY EMERGES FIRST RUNNER – UP AT CAPE TOWN CONVENTION (CTC) MOOT COURT COMPETITION.
Team Uniben is first runner up at the Cape Town Convention Moot Court Competition held Wednesday, 12th November, at the Federal High Court, Abuja.
The CTC Moot Court Competition is organised by the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development in conjunction with the Aviation Working Group and the Nigeria Aviation Authority.
Faculty of Law, University of Benin, was among the 18 Faculties of Law in the country that took part in the competition.
Team Uniben won a cash prize of THREE MILLION NAIRA while Miss Osauyi Temiloluwa Agbonwaneten, University of Benin Lead Speaker won the Best Advocate and was awarded a Personal cash prize of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND NAIRA
