The University of Benin,ICTU/CPRU unit, On Monday the 21st of November 2022, hosted a meeting involving various tech community leads in the University community at the E. Iyayi International ICT Center. The event was anchored by Chijioke Mokogwu , the University Webmaster. The meetup was aimed at fostering innovative collaboration amongst the various tech communities. In attendance where tech leads from Data Scientists Network (DSN) Uniben, GRITINAI , Blockchain Uniben, Google Developer Students club (GDSC) , Microsoft Student Ambassadors (MLSA) Community, Ingressive for Good and Amazon Cloud to name just a few of the IT Groups that where represented.
With this renewed collaboration amongst the various tech communities, there is hope , that there would be an increase in inclusive participation of all in the advancement of innovation and creativity in the University.
